Item Damaged or Not Received?
- Contact us with your order number and photo of the damaged item, we will further contact you. Do note that any damage is out of our control and is in the hands of the postal services.
- We are not liable for any undelivered or lost claims, please contact Canada Post regarding these issues. Also contact us if so happens, and we’ll try our best to resolve the issue in a fair manner.
- Due to some small, intricate vinyl pieces, extra caution should be taken while applying. Smooth over these areas thoroughly before removing transfer tape. User damage while improperly applying vinyl will not be covered by us.
